Our aim is to work as a partner, to build long-term relationships where our offices are natural extensions of those of our clients. In this way, we believe smaller organisations will have the Recruitment resources of a full time Personnel Department at a fraction of the internal cost, and larger Companies or Firms will have the benefit of specialist recruitment, including a constantly increasing candidate bank, as part of their own Human Resources Division.
We believe that our in-depth understanding of the local market can be of immense value to clients and our low staff turnover is very valuable. However, experience and enthusiasm alone do not suffice. We have invested heavily in an integrated recruitment software system to respond more efficiently to clients and candidates, which offers us quick and easy access when handling volume candidates as well as the flexibility to deal with more specialised applicants.
Our Consultants are trained to match applicant skills to job requirements with the aim of providing a shortlist of candidates which will greatly reduce the Client's time commitment to the recruitment process. Our "Introductory Letters" are not simply the applicant's CV but are based on interviews with candidates about their experience and skills to better inform our client's interview selection process. Explicitly and implicitly by sending an Introductory Letter on a candidate, our consultant is recommending that candidate for the job in question. Although the majority of work undertaken is on a file search basis, for particularly difficult vacancies the company is fully equipped to write, insert and follow up advertising to a Client's specifications. Temporary or Contract staff within our specialist areas can also be provided.
