- By accessing or using our Service you acknowledge
and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein.
- The Applicant grants all permissions necessary
for the use of Applicant Data by a Recruiter, its employees or
agents, expressly including permission to pass on such Data to
relevant interested third parties, and the storage and use, where
appropriate, of Applicant Data by The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited in pursuance
of the aims of the Services.
- The Applicant warrants that: * it has gained all
permissions, expressly including copyright, necessary for the
use of Applicant Data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
and
* the Applicant Data is not libelous or in any other way unlawful;
and
* the Applicant Data (expressly including attachments to e-mails)
is free of computer viruses and that a commercial virus checking
agent has been used on any attached files.
- The Applicant grants permission and acknowledges
that Applicant Data may be used to compile statistical information
on the Applicant and may in addition be used by The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited
during the Registration Period to update the Applicant on other
products and services.
- The Applicant agrees to fully comply with these
Terms and Conditions, including the acceptance of liability as
detailed in clauses 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 herein.
- All rights in "Law Recruitment", "law-recruitment.co.uk"
are reserved.
- All goodwill in the Services shall accrue to The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited.
- The Applicant accepts responsibility for the content,
accuracy and integrity of the Applicant Data (expressly including
computer viruses) and all liabilities flowing from the use of
such Data.
- The Applicant shall indemnify The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited
against all costs claims demands or expenses incurred by or made
against The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited as a result of any breach of these
Terms and Conditions or howsoever arising.
- Neither The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited, its agents or servants
shall have any liability whatsoever to the Applicant for any direct,
indirect or consequential loss or damage cost or expense suffered
or incurred (whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise, and
whether arising from the negligence of The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited or its
employees or agents or licensors and whether asserted against
The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited or against the Recruiter, its employees or
agents arising out of the use or supply of the Services or the
Applicant Data).
- For the avoidance of doubt, The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited
expressly does not make any representation or give any warranty,
either express or implied, for:
* the content, accuracy or integrity of the Applicant Data on
behalf of the Applicant; and
* the suitability of a Applicant for a particular job; and
* the accuracy or fitness for any purpose of the information provided
on the Services; and
* the type of use of the Applicant Data, expressly including the
data protection policies of the Recruiter and/or any third party
to whom the Applicant Data is distributed; and
* the content, accuracy, integrity, lawfulness or otherwise of
information on websites over which The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited has no control.
- The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited reserves the right to prohibit
access by person(s) to the Services at its sole discretion.
- The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited reserves the right to remove,
alter, change or vary the Services at any time without notice.
- The provision of the Services are governed by the
Laws of England and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts.
- The TransPennine Recruitment Company limited reserves the right to vary or
amend the above Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
